Great room, well cared for. Location is a little sketchy, with some interesting characters hanging around the general vicinity. The building and room are well-secured but I did have some anxiety about my company truck being parked out back. I think the facility and owner are doing a fantastic job and are poised for great things as the area improves. It was a great place to stay overnight for a work conference, offering exactly what I needed and at a very competitive rate compared to the nearby hotels. Would definitely stay again.
My wife and I stayed here for a weekend and we were blow away and the value of this place. The room was clean, and in great condition and the place is very secure with a key code outside, and on your individual door. I would highly recommend looking to book if you are needing a place in Tulsa. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is because the walls are a little thin.
This place was really cool for what it is. It's older but nicely redone. It has a bit of a retro vibe. I stayed there for Tulsa Tough and it was nice to have a whole apartment with kitchen and room to stretch out and relax after a long day in the sun and heat. It's also close enough to downtown and the Tulsa nightlife if you don't mind a short walk, drive, or bike. If you're looking for a 5-star hotel you may be disappointed, but if you want a cool little place at a great value this is for you.
